Please be courteous to me and my clients at Bella Gray’s Beauty House and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or you will be charged for extra time needed. If you see that you are running late, the best thing to do is let me know so that we can minimize any disruption to my schedule and my other clients. Showing up early is always fine! If you happen to arrive 15+ minutes early to your appointment please wait in your vehicle and send me a text. I will text you back when I am ready!
